Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Easy Scan & Sign iPhone app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app
Easy Scan & Sign lets you scan, fill, sign, and share documents on your iPhone. There is no account. You are responsible for the documents you create and for how you use any signatures you apply.
Free tier and Pro
The app includes a free tier and optional Pro upgrades. Free features — including scanning, text recognition, and exporting without a watermark — remain available. Some features, such as unlimited signing and filling, Face ID lock, iCloud sync, and export size reduction, require Pro. Current prices and what's included are on the pricing page and shown in the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase. The weekly and yearly options are auto-renewing subscriptions: they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. You can restore previous purchases in the app's settings.
Your content
Your documents and signatures are yours and stay on your device (or your own iCloud if you enable sync). We do not access them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Easy Scan & Sign is a tool for preparing documents and does not provide legal advice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
